Fenway Sports Group Expands Sports Portfolio with Acquisition of WTGL Team
Fenway Sports Group (FSG) has expanded its portfolio by acquiring a team in WTGL, the new women’s professional golf league created by TMRW Sports in partnership with the LPGA. The team will compete as Boston Common Golf, extending the existing brand to represent Boston and New England as one of the league's five inaugural franchises. Set to debut at the SoFi Center in Palm Beach Gardens, WTGL will feature a team match-play format showcasing many of the world's top LPGA Tour players.
