Hogs+, the official streaming service of Arkansas Athletics, is proud to announce that its original film “Resurgence” has been nominated for a Mid-America Regional Emmy® Award.
“Resurgence,” directed by Haley Ordway, chronicles the culture-changing 1998 season of the Arkansas Razorback football team under new head coach Houston Nutt. With a total run time of 75 minutes, "Resurgence" spotlights the team's historic 8-0 start and lasting impact on the program, containing never-before-seen footage from inside the locker room.
Resurgence is the third Hogs+ original film to be nominated for an Emmy. "Do You Believe in Fairy Tales” won the Emmy at last year’s gala.
The 48th Mid-America Regional Emmy® Awards will be held on October 26, 2024.
