Lululemon Partners With BNP Paribas Open As Official Outfitter
Lululemon has partnered with the BNP Paribas Open. It is the largest tournament in the world outside of the four majors. Lululemon will supply outfits for the roughly 2,000 tournament volunteers, ball kids and officials. At the event, Lululemon will have a merchandise tent and a Lululemon day in the middle of the busy week.

ESPN, PENN Entertainment end sports betting partnership early in shock announcement
PENN Entertainment and ESPN agreed to terminate their U.S. sports betting contract. It will go into effect on Dec. 1. ESPN launched into sports betting in August 2023 with PENN in a $2 billion deal. ESPN drove over 2.9 million new users into the PENN ecosystem.

Carolina Panther running back Rico Dowdle was fined after thrusting his hips twice in his touchdown celebration. The dance violated the NFL rulebook that prohibits any celebrations of sexual nature. Dowdle started a GoFundMe to play for the $14,491 fine.

NASCAR Ends 2025 Season Down 14% In Viewership of Cup Series Races
The NASCAR Cup Series Championship was last Sunday at the Phoenix Raceway. Denny Hamlin lost to Kyle Larson and gained his second career Bill France Cup. The viewership was down from the same event last season. NBC earned a 1.44 rating with 2.774 million viewers for the event. Last year’s event got a 1.60 rating and averaged 2.9 million viewers. The decline in the season's final race capped off what amounted to a 14% decline in overall television viewership for the NASCAR Cup Series, which hosts 38 races (36 point races, and two exhibition events).

Chiefs, Cowboys Dominate Most-Watched NFL Games Halfway Through Season
It is the halfway point in the NFL season, and the Kansas City Chiefs are responsible for the two most-watched games. The Cowboys occupy a league-high five spots in the ten most-watched games through Week 9. In Week 2, the Eagles-Chiefs game is ranked number one with 33.8 million views on Fox. The number 10 ranked game is the Week 8 Cowboys-Browns game with 25.33 million viewers on CBS.

The Buffalo Bills announced the new stadium will feature the M&T Bank Lounge. Highmark Stadium is anticipated to open in 2026. Longtime executive Lawrence Fey is replacing Stan Chia as Vivid Seats’ new CEO. Fey wants a Lowest Price Guarantee for fans and the expansion of Vivid Seats Rewards. The company also reported a decrease in third-quarter revenue and gross order value. The gross order value fell 29% year-over-year to $618.1 million. Revenue declined 27% to $136.4 million.

Third baseman Max Muncy will remain a Los Angeles Dodger. The team picked up his $10 million option for 2026. Muncy, 35, hit 19 home runs across 388 plate appearances. He posted a 136 OPS+ in 2025.

London Johnson commits to Louisville: How G League players are now eligible to play college basketball
The NCAA and G League rules have changed. In 2022, London Johnson had to forego his NCAA eligibility to play in the G League Ignite. He played a couple of years in the league before getting waived. Now, he committed to Louisville where he is expected to arrive at the semester break. Johnson will have two years of eligibility. This is possible due to the precedent the NCAA has set in recent years, which continues to blur the line between amateurism and professionalism.
