NFL owners approve sale of Seattle Seahawks to Khosla family
NFL owners have unanimously approved the sale of the Seattle Seahawks franchise to the Khosla family, led by Vinod and Neeru Khosla, for a record price of $9.612 billion. Purchased from the estate of late Microsoft co-founder Paul Allen, the acquisition hands ownership of the reigning Super Bowl champions to the venture capitalist family after 29 years under Allen family control.
