Chiefs Dynasty Ends, Amazon’s Christmas Game Loses Shine
Kansas City was eliminated from the 2025 NFL Playoffs after losing to the Chargers 16-13. This is the first time the Chiefs will be out of the postseason since 2014. The loss diminishes the luster for the upcoming Christmas night game between the Chiefs and Broncos. This is Amazon’s first Christmas game. While Denver is still pushing for playoff seeding, the game doesn’t have as high an interest as the league expected there to be.

The PGA TOUR welcomed Cadillac as the title sponsor for the Cadillac Championship. The event is a new Signature Event at Trump National Doral. The event is set for April 27-May 3, 2026. It will air on CBS, Paramount+, Golf Channel, PGA TOUR LIVE on ESPN+, Sirius XM and the TOUR’s World Feed.

Once-Enticing NFL Christmas Day Lineup on Netflix, Amazon Falls Flat
The Cowboys lost to the Vikings on Sunday, reducing their playoff chances to less than 1%. The Cowboys will play the Commanders on Christmas morning on Netflix. This was anticipated to be a blockbuster game, being a division rival. The Lions and Vikings also play on Christmas. The Vikings and Commanders have already been eliminated from playoff contention.

Registration for the LA28 Ticket Draw for all sports in the 2028 Los Angeles Olympic Games will begin on Jan. 14. This is the first chance for fans to attend the LA28 Games. Single tickets will start at $28. Residents in the greater Los Angeles and Oklahoma City regions who register for the ticket draw will have a chance to secure a time slot during a special early access window.

Hamilton County commissioner on snow-covered seats at Bengals game: “We need to do better”
Fans showed up to the Ravens-Bengals game on Sunday to snow covered seats. It is a violation of league rules to now clear the snow on the stadium seats. The NFL gave the Bengals a pass for not clearing the snow from the seats before the fans arrived. Hamilton County commissioner Stephanie Dumas was not fond of the team not clearing the snow either.

Woods has 11 total. Scheffler’s career win count on the PGA TOUR climbs to 19. He ranked first in terms of overall scoring average and those in Rounds 1, 2, 3 and 4— making him the first to accomplish such a feat since Woods in 2000.
