The Picklr, the corporate parent behind the indoor pickleball franchise system, has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas. Alongside the filing, the company secured a $4.5 million financing commitment from an investor group led by one of its franchisees to support a court-supervised restructuring. Franchise locations and clubs are continuing to operate as usual while the restructuring process moves forward.
